Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Operations & Property Management leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Washington. You will manage a team, drive budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, CAM reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting and tenant relations.

This role covers onsite operations, construction oversight, vendor coordination, and accounting tasks, with strict adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a team in commercial property management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; WA broker license or eligibility within 3 months
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; experience with Argus, Salesforce, Prism, AvidXchange, PMWeb and MRI
• Ability to use AI tools (Copilot) to improve efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operating budgets and quarterly reforecasts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports including accruals and variance analysis
• Approve property expense invoices for prompt processing
• Oversee tenant billings and cash applications; address inquiries
• Maintain tenant relations through rounds and engagement
• Conduct onsite property inspections; multitask across PM functions
• Lead vendor relationships and coordinate with brokers and partners
• Participate in meetings with architects/contractors for tenant improvements
