Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of related experience; in lieu, experience considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms with ability to forecast outcomes and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex topics clearly.
• Experience with leases, contracts, financial instruments, and property taxes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with owners and deliver reports to meet client objectives.
• Manage tenant needs and ensure timely problem resolution by staff.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, including setup, changes, and reporting.
• Proactively collect rent and report AR status with action recommendations.
• Direct sourcing, bids, and vendor contract compliance to drive value.
