• A minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience.
• CPM and/or RPA designations or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease administration and tenant relations for a Class A office portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, procedures, codes and regulations; lead staff and performance reviews.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with procurement requirements.
• Prepare timely reporting and coordinate with owners, accounting and clients.
