Job Title: Commercial Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate background is required for this role).

Location: Austin, Texas (Local Candidates are only being considered unless you're currently relocating to the area and have your own relocation structure).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of office and/or industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial assets, strong tenant relations skills, and a solid understanding of building operations and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned office or industrial properties
• Manage tenant relations, lease compliance, and service requests
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of operation
• Collaborate with internal teams on leasing, capital projects, and tenant improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with office or industrial assets
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
