Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial property management.
• 3–5 years of relevant property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, and Kardin software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, coach, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day property management for a portfolio.
• Prepare operating expense reconciliations using Yardi, Excel, and Kardin.
• Coordinate daily team activities and set schedules.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Serve as primary contact with property owners and report results.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets.
• Forecast plans and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Ensure legal notices are prepared and delivered.
• Review rent and CAM recovery charges for timeliness.
• Lead by CBRE RISE values and collaborate to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues.
