Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for a prestigious commercial real estate firm in Austin, TX. You will oversee lease administration, lead property staff, and ensure adherence to policies while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

You will coordinate inspections, CAM reconciliations, and reporting, while fostering strong relationships with tenants and clients to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• State Real Estate license required.
• CPM and/or RPA designations or in progress.
• AUSDH40

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop and oversee annual inspections and property budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and ensure conformance with procurement requirements.
• Interface with third-party owners and accounting for accurate reporting.
• Oversee tenant and construction activities to meet project timelines.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals across teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
