Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations across a portfolio of properties. You will drive occupancy, income, and resident satisfaction while managing staff, budgets, and capital improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in residential property management, supervision of 7+ employees, and strong proficiency with YARDI and RentCafé. Travel across the portfolio is expected to support property objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in residential property management with portfolio of 400+ units and 7+ direct reports.
• Proven experience managing Class A properties and maintaining high service/resident-experience standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support multiple properties within the portfolio.
• Proficient in property management software (YARDI, RentCafé) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; monitor leasing performance and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.) and maintain property standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for Class A communities.
