Job summary

Arcan Capital seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site teams, drive resident satisfaction, and maximize occupancy and income across multiple properties. You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and leasing programs while maintaining Class A standards.

You will supervise staff, train the Assistant Property Manager, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Regular travel across portfolio and hands-on leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential property management, including portfolio oversight of 400+ units.
• Experience supervising a team of 7+ employees.
• Proficiency with property management software and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and maintenance.
• Drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining Class A standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; manage leasing and renewal programs.
• Travel across the portfolio to support multiple properties as needed.
