Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations across multiple properties. You will supervise staff, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and capital projects, travel across portfolio, and uphold Class A standards to maximize value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential property management, managing a portfolio of at least 400 units and supervising 7+ staff.
• Proven experience with Class A properties and high standards for service and resident experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support multiple properties.
• Proficient in YARDI, RentCafé, credit screening platforms, and MS Office.

• Oversee property operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and audits.
• Manage budgets, expenses, rents, and vendor payments under Regional Manager guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects; drive lease renewals and revenue.
