Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations across multiple Class A communities. You will drive occupancy, maximize income, and ensure high resident satisfaction while controlling expenses.

The role requires 5+ years in residential property management, oversight of large portfolios, and strong leadership. Travel across properties is required, with a focus on maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential property management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of at least 400 units.
• Supervising 7+ staff.
• Willingness to travel across portfolio.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all property operations including budget, leasing, and compliance.
• Lead on-site team, train staff, and manage turnover.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, EPA.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and maintenance services.
• Travel across properties as needed to supervise multiple communities.
