Job summary

MD Squared Property Group is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee multiple New York properties, handling operations, vendor negotiations, and proactive maintenance. You will lead site visits and coordinate with leasing, accounting, and boards to ensure seamless property operations.

The role also involves mentoring the Assistant Property Manager with a view to promoting them to Associate Property Manager within 12-18 months.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills.
• Ability to travel to sites and attend meetings.
• Knowledge of state and federal property regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular site visits and oversee maintenance projects.
• Manage operating budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate with leasing, accounting, and tax departments.
• Attend board meetings and present reports.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Property Manager toward promotion.
