Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising on-site staff.
• Work with the Property Manager to resolve property management issues.
• Supervise vendors to ensure service-contract compliance.
• Assist budgeting and operating expense reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports with the Property Manager.
• Post resident and rent payments; manage move-ins/outs.
