Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Property Manager in Scottsdale to lead day-to-day property operations, drive occupancy and income, and align activities with owner and company objectives. This leadership role requires strong business and financial acumen, with accountability for a multi-property portfolio.

The Property Manager reports to the Regional Manager and builds a capable team, communicates effectively, and solves problems with urgency while maintaining a strategic viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site team members to achieve operational goals.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to align with property goals.
• Ensure rents are collected, posted and deposited as needed.
• Perform evictions and enforce lease rules and regulations.
• Ensure vendors are on the approved list and manage vendor schedules, billing, and AP.
• Oversee office operations, curb appeal, and community cleanliness.
• Implement policies and maintain staff and resident communication.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on maintenance initiatives and goals.
• Inspect community regularly and report liabilities to maintenance or regional manager.
• Promote resident satisfaction and promptly address concerns and service requests.
• Communicate clearly with residents, prospects, clients, vendors, and team members.
• Respond to resident questions with urgency and de-escalate upset customers.
• Attend and assist in resident activities after hours as needed.
• Maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Coach the team through training, feedback, and development.
• Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans.
• Assist in client/owner communications and property performance updates.
