Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Property Manager in luxury assets.
• 3+ years managing luxury residential or mixed-use properties 150+ units.
• Premium amenity operations and concierge-level service experience.
• Proven track record of high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Aim to obtain ARM or CAM credentials.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and budgeting across all departments.
• Supervise staff daily and coordinate training and performance.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and concessions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Enforce policy, collect balances, and handle escalations professionally.
• Coordinate make ready, inspections, and capital projects.
• Ensure daily deposits and financial controls are followed.
• Maintain resident relations and high satisfaction in a luxury submarket.
• Monitor utilities, vendor performance, and compliance with budgets.
• Prepare reports and participate in regional management reviews.
