Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a seasoned property management professional to manage lease administration, budgeting, and vendor coordination across multiple properties. Responsibilities include preparing leases, tracking rents, and supporting clients with financing and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree or equivalent experience, with strong organizational skills to oversee day-to-day operations within an annual budget.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Knowledge of leases, budgets and compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents and deposits.
• Directs bookkeeping functions and accounts for receipts and disbursements.
• Arranges for maintenance or alterations in line with the Annual Operating Budget.
• Employs or contracts security, maintenance, and groundskeeping personnel as needed.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties per budget.
• Directs and reports on occupancy and lease expiration dates.
• Provides support related to financing, purchasing, or selling properties.
• Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property condition for owner review.
• Contracts utility services to transfer for tenants.
• Assists with eviction of tenants per court orders.
