Job summary

TRG Management Company is seeking a capable property administrator to oversee leasing, accounting, and day-to-day property operations across a diverse portfolio. You will prepare leases, collect rents, and coordinate maintenance within the approved budget.

The role supports clients with financing or acquisition needs and ensures occupancy and asset condition are tracked and optimized. Extensive coordination with vendors and tenants is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or six months to one year related experience.
• Experience in property management or leasing preferred.
• Strong numerical and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease or rental agreements and collect rents.
• Direct bookkeeping and handle owner disbursements.
• Coordinate property maintenance and alterations per budget.
• Hire or contract security, maintenance, and groundskeeping as needed.
• Purchase supplies per annual budget.
• Report occupancy rates and lease expirations.
• Assist clients with financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Prepare inventory of building contents and condition.
• Arrange transfers of utility services for tenants.
• Assist with evictions per court orders.
