Fogelman Properties at The Aster Sugar Land seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead a 250+ unit conventional community in Sugar Land. You will drive leasing strategy, marketing, and resident services while guiding on-site staff.

The role requires five years in multifamily, with at least three years as PM, strong financial understanding, and proficiency with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of multifamily experience with at least three years as Property Manager for 250+ unit communities.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and data interpretation skills.
• Proven communication and customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage property operations, staffing, and resource coordination to meet objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, reports, and owner communications.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and coordinate with HR.
• Ensure lease processes, inspections, compliance, and audits are met.
