Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Property Manager for a 300-500 unit property in Magnolia, TX. The ideal candidate will lead a team to drive property success, manage budgets, and maintain positive resident relations.

You will oversee financial performance, staff development, and engagement with residents, while contributing to marketing and community initiatives. The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Strong budgeting and financial statement analysis skills.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Manager to complete annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding how operational decisions affect financial results and by reviewing financial statements.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional/social/content marketing to support property performance.
