Job summary

Corporate Hospitality Service in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Community Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations at our multifamily property.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Onsite software. You will manage budgets, supervise on-site staff, and drive resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager (multifamily).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software (Onesite).
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and collections experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations in compliance with policies and laws.
• Monitor occupancy, rental income, delinquency, and expenses.
• Prepare property performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Supervise leasing, tours, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and inspect properties.
