Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of on-site property management experience preferred.
• Three years of property manager experience preferred.
• CAM/RAM/CPM certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi/Entrata/Yieldstar/CRM).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Lease up or new construction experience preferred for new development properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and financial statements; stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure rent collection, posting, and deposits are timely; manage evictions as needed.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site property staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Review lease applications; sign new leases and addendums; monitor compliance.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, maintenance, safety, and resident relations.
• Report incidents and manage vendor relationships; approve invoices.
