Marquette Management seeks a Senior-level Property Manager for The Pavilion, a 1,115-unit community in Chicago, IL. Lead a cross-functional team of about 32 staff and drive financial performance while overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional resident experiences and asset value.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record at large-scale properties, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, NOI, and occupancy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Property Management experience at large-scale or high-rise communities (500+ units).
• Experience leading 20+ employees and managing large teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and NOI focus.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
