Job summary

Marquette Management, Inc. seeks a Chicago, IL based Multi-Site Property Manager to lead, mentor, and develop multiple property teams into a cohesive and high-performing portfolio.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who drives exceptional resident service, asset value, and above-market returns, aligning on-site operations with ownership and corporate objectives. The manager will oversee two or more properties, drive financial performance, occupancy, leasing, and portfolio planning,

• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach property teams across multiple sites.
• Coordinate portfolio-level staff meetings and cross-site collaboration.
• Oversee hiring, staffing structures, and performance management across multiple sites.
• Manage budgeting, NOI, expenses, and forecasting for the portfolio.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial/operational reports to ownership and leadership.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing, and renewal performance across the portfolio.
• Lead strategic portfolio planning and performance benchmarking.
• Act as liaison between on-site teams, ownership, and corporate leadership.
