Concern Housing is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and operational setup of the agency’s Brooklyn & Bronx properties. This role is responsible for coordinating property operations, vendor services, inspections, capital projects, and compliance efforts to ensure all sites remain safe, functional, and inspection ready. This role will require traveling throughout property sites.
Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
Bachelor’s Degree preferred along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management. Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments. Experience coordinating inspections, compliance documentation, maintenance operations, and vendor management strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
