The role involves identifying customer needs, delivering real estate solutions, and leading a team through coaching, mentoring, and oversight.
This position is located at Parkwood West - Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required; real estate license preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial property management, with healthcare industry experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Lease interpretation, communication, real estate principles, delegation, critical thinking, decision-making, training, client relationship management, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
