Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at one of our premier Senior Properties located in the Fort Benjamin Harrison area of Indianapolis, IN. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain property appearance. Responsibilities include managing lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, budgeting, and handling tenant inquiries. The Property Manager will also market available units, conduct property inspections, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, including overseeing daily operations and tenant relations
• Strong skills in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and lease agreements
• Ability to coordinate Maintenance and Repairs, and perform property inspections
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Marketing and promoting properties
• Knowledge of local and federal property management regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the Real Estate industry and familiarity with property management software is a plus
