Prime Residential in Sparks, NV is hiring a Service Manager to oversee timely maintenance requests and ensure vacated apartments are painted and ready for occupancy. This role supports day-to-day operations and helps maintain curb appeal and safety across the community.

You'll lead by example, coach teammates, and coordinate with residents, vendors, and the on-call rotation, with a schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, plus on-call duties. A strong focus on customer service and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance repairs on appliances, electrical, plumbing and safety equipment.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and work in progress via app.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and coordinate with the on-call rotation.
• Support inventory management and ensure safety standards.
