Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repairs on appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready tasks to market-ready status.
• Paint vacated and occupied units and common areas as needed.
• Update and maintain maintenance records and work orders in the system.
• Respond to emergencies and safety concerns promptly and cost-efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; assist with purchase orders and setup of events.
