Job summary

Prime Residential is hiring a Service Manager for Park Vista in Sparks, NV. You will oversee timely maintenance requests and ensure units are painted and market-ready, while upholding safety and appearance standards across the community.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 am–6:00 pm) with on-call rotation. Opportunities to grow in property management, with a competitive hourly pay of $44.46 and eligibility for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in property maintenance or building operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach others.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repairs on appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (where allowed).
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Paint vacated and model units and restore to market-ready status.
• Maintain records of work orders, preventive maintenance, and supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in safety inspections.
• Support inventory management and procurement processes.
