Job summary

Prime Residential in Concord, CA seeks a Service Manager to lead the essential maintenance function at our community. You will oversee a maintenance team, coordinate with the Community Director, and ensure curb appeal, safety, and timely service requests. The role requires 5+ years of residential property maintenance and 2+ years of leadership.

HVAC certification preferred. On-site schedule Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing a maintenance team.
• HVAC certification preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the service team to ensure high performance.
• Organize daily meetings and coach team members.
• Collaborate with the Community Director on performance, operations and budget.
• Inspect apartments and ensure safety and quality of work.
• Manage service requests and prepare vacant units.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct inspections.
