Prime Residential is seeking a Service Manager in Concord, CA to lead the essential maintenance function across our community. You will ensure curb appeal, make-readies, service requests, and ongoing maintenance while serving as a community ambassador aligned with our values.

The role requires leadership of a diverse team, collaboration with the community management group, and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. On-site, with strong emphasis on customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing a maintenance team.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the service team to maintain high performance.
• Conduct daily meetings, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
• Organize training with the Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate with Community Director on performance, operations, and budget.
• Diagnose and repair building components (appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Perform routine property inspections and ensure safety.
