Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine their needs, and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text; provide efficient customer service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Build relationships with residents and assist with resident events and communications.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork and maintain resident records.
