Prime Residential, The Gallery at Playa Pacifica in Hermosa Beach, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the essential maintenance at our communities, ensuring curb appeal, cleanliness, and timely service requests. This on-site role reports to the Community Director and drives a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm with on-call rotations. Target pay is $43.22 per hour plus a 20% annual discretionary bonus, reflecting our commitment to competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in residential properties.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance team.
• Valid driver’s license; multi-family experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team and ensure high performance.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with the Community Director on operations and budget.
• Inspect apartments and oversee safety inspections.
• Oversee vendors and ensure safety compliance.
