Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks.
• Strong computer skills and industry software for resident/management requests.
• Ability to work independently and lead maintenance tasks.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC certifications required.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign maintenance staff; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Conduct safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect property daily; oversee repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Follow OSHA and local codes; adhere to BH policies.
• Inspect, install, repair, replace equipment; source new equipment as needed.
• Maintain tools and supplies inventory and assist with budget tracking.
• Share on-call duties and respond to resident requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
