Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join the property team and work alongside the Service Manager to oversee maintenance, make-ready, and preventive tasks across an apartment community. The role includes groundskeeping support and pool duties as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma and two years of multi‑family experience; HVAC/Freon recovery certification is preferred and CAMT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of multi‑family experience or equivalent combination.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within first 6 months.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Prioritize requests with Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Repair/replace appliances (garbage disposal, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers).
• Repair/replace plumbing (water lines, fixtures, drains, etc.).
• Repair/replace HVAC/electrical (furnaces, thermostats, wiring).
• Perform make-ready repairs and painting as directed.
