Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at an assigned property in Madison, WI. You will coordinate workflow, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Housekeeping staff, coordinate with vendors, and respond to after-hours emergencies while upholding Core Spaces’ safety standards and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in student housing, multifamily, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance workflow and supervise on-site teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and readiness across the property.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and service requests to ensure consistency.
• Lead Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Housekeeping staff on site.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors while ensuring quality and timelines.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and urgent maintenance needs.
