Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team at a multifamily property. You will manage daily maintenance operations, oversee work orders, and ensure high-quality service for residents while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules. On-site position with potential for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate, hotel, or multifamily maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• MEP systems knowledge and HVAC expertise.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee work order system and ensure timely completion and reporting.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows) and general upkeep (landscaping, painting, carpentry).
• Assist in department budget preparation and capex planning; manage repairs scheduling.
• Verify third-party vendor work quality on-site and maintain inventory records.
