Core Spaces is seeking a Senior Leasing Associate to oversee on-site leasing and marketing operations at a Madison, WI property. You will guide tours, manage reports, and lead the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates bring sales or property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Office software and Entrata. The role requires on-site work with a focus on resident satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, property management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Office Products and Windows and Apple OS.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents through emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with in-house events and outreach marketing coordination.
• Provide leadership to leasing office staff by offering guidance, training, and assistance in resolving day-to-day challenges.
• Assist with the development and implementation of leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals, including rent specials, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
