Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in maintenance or property management are a plus.
• Experience leading a team of maintenance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple properties.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and contractors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance budget and inventory of supplies.
• Be on‑call for after‑hours emergency maintenance issues and respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and Regional Managers to address maintenance issues and support goals.
• Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on maintenance activities and outcomes.
