Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Preventive Maintenance programs across the property.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs and renovations.
• Monitor inventory and authorize purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure fire and safety inspections are completed and safety standards met.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control within approved limits.
