Responsibilities

• Inspects property to determine maintenance needs and reports to Community Director.
• Supervises and trains maintenance staff to complete work safely and on time.
• Manages work orders, prioritizes tasks, and ensures defect-free completion per standards.
• Maintains curb appeal and overall property appearance.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
