Job summary

Gwr-Management-LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily community in Pensacola, FL. The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, with a focus on responsive service and proactive upkeep.

You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate with the Property Manager on staffing and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance experience in multi-family properties.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills are required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff to meet and exceed company standards.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC..
• Coordinate with Property Manager on hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Inspect property regularly and manage preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Respond to resident service requests and manage maintenance budgets.
