Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, supervisory or lead tech experience a plus.
• EPA HVAC Certification (required).
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance.
• Leadership mindset with strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of apartment homes and community spaces.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours with attention to detail.
• Proactively perform preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs.
• Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal, including pressure washing and debris removal.
• Maintain inventory, track expenses, and anticipate maintenance needs.
• Rotate on-call duties and assist with weekend/holiday coverage.
