Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, and HVAC.
• Must be EPA or CFC certifiable.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on maintenance of the community and manage repairs.
• Lead and train maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools.
