Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee property financial performance within approved budget and optimize cash flow.
• Coordinate vendor communications, scheduling, billing, and contract compliance.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure proper training and safety compliance.
• Ensure response times and work orders are completed on schedule.
• Approve purchase orders and manage inventory to meet service standards.
• Establish emergency on-call procedures and oversee equipment maintenance inspections.
• Support make-ready of vacated units and regular property inspections.
• Assist Community Director with site compliance inspections and maintenance tasks.
