Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee property maintenance for 950+ units and lead a team of maintenance staff. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and financial performance across preventive maintenance programs and inspections.

The director will supervise scheduling, vendor relations, and on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies while driving resident satisfaction and asset preservation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Experience managing others preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Manage the property budget and maximize cash flow after debt service.
• Coordinate vendor communications, scheduling, and invoicing with corporate.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure required training.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee purchase orders within budget and guidelines.
