Job summary

Responsibilities include directing leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and capital projects, enforcing Fair Housing and OSHA, and mentoring on-site teams. A BA/BS and 3+ years of multi-site apartment management are required, with Yardi/Office tools

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of multi-state apartment experience with 1,500+ units across 4+ properties.
• Knowledge of tenant eviction laws and Fair Housing Laws is required.
• Experience with Yardi and MS Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the community to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Generate income by leading the sales team and managing budgets.
• Hire, manage, and develop on-site associates for strong performance.
• Work with investors to maintain and improve asset value.
• Oversee annual budgeting and monthly leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with laws including Fair Housing and OSHA.
• Direct renovations and capital projects as needed.
