Job summary

RPM Living in Atlanta is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. This hands-on leader will drive team performance, manage client relationships, and ensure execution of business strategies to meet company objectives.

You will recruit and develop site teams, conduct regular coaching and reviews, collaborate with HR on policies, perform site visits, and lead financial reporting, budgeting, and vendor management to deliver strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; experience may substitute for education.
• Four years in multifamily property management, with at least two years in a Community Manager role.
• 3rd party management experience.
• Knowledge of multifamily operations, markets, and trends.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for all site-level positions within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on policies and conflict resolution as needed.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and engage with team members; host client calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up after visits and calls.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Approve expenses and manage expense reporting to meet budget expectations.
• Review financial reporting and approve POs and invoices for clients.
• Conduct property inspections and routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, financial practices, and vendor management.
• Oversee resident and vendor communications and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor property marketing efforts and review websites/advertising.
