PB Bell is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. You will hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, with a passion for creating outstanding living experiences and high occupancy. Prior Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Community Manager experience required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community to prospective residents and maintain closing ratios.
• Process applications and coordinate move-ins.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team members.
• Direct marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain resident communication to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute resident events and community engagement.
