Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 7+ years of successful property claims handling experience investigating, estimating, negotiating, and resolving high-severity property claims.
• Prior field adjusting experience involving on-site inspections and detailed estimate writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, empathetic, timely, professional service and communications with customers, vendors, and all parties involved during complex loss situations.
• Investigate high-severity and high-complexity property claims to confirm facts and coverage.
• Prepare, review, and revise repair estimates using Xactimate and other applicable tools.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess scope, repair needs, and safety considerations.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and settlement of claims with stakeholders in line with company standards.
