Job summary

The role includes coaching, staffing oversight, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, while driving development and performance of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years property claims experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Licensing in state property claims where required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional staff in handling property claims within the unit, assigning losses and reviewing investigations and settlements.
• Assist in developing objectives, procedures, and operations; analyze results and improve performance.
• Direct claims branch to optimize indemnity, expenses, reserve levels, and adherence to policies.
